Description

Dignified and substantial, the Firenze watch strap from Rios1931 is hewn from a thick cut of specially-treated Russia leather, bark-tanned and imbued with birch oil to give it supple yet durable characteristics.
 

Mostly smooth and uniform, the strap is punctuated with refined embossed details at the edges, while a contrasting cream-white stitch runs along the perimeter. Suitable for a wide variety of watches, and recommended by the manufacturer for use with Panerai timepieces.
 

Please note: By default, this strap is sold without a buckle, for use with the original buckle or clasp that came with your watch. If you wish to include a buckle with your purchase of this strap, please select one of the ITALY, USA or CANADA buckle options from the menu above (additional costs as indicated).

Organically Tanned Leather

Upper and lining leather is tanned with vegetable substances processed according to traditional formulas with extracts of groundwood, bark, leaves and fruits. The extraordinary softness and pleasant touch result from the use of natural fats and waxes. The vegetable tanning substances give the watch strap a typical leather fragrance of bees wax and tobacco.

Splash Resistant

This watch strap is splash-resistant, meaning it can handle hand washing, light rain, and accidental water exposure. However, like all leather watch straps, it should not be worn while swimming, showering, or during extended water activities.

Water/Splash Resistant Care

We recommend that you clean your watch strap from time to time, especially if it is being worn every day and throughout exercise. To do this, we recommend that you remove the strap from your watch (although not essential) and clean all areas of the strap with warm water and a small amount of soap.


You can completely submerge this watch strap in water without fear that the strap might get damaged. It is entirely waterproof which makes frequent cleaning nice and easy for you.

We do recommend that you rinse your watch strap after exposing it to seawater and pool water. This strap is resistant to chemicals and salt, but it is good practice to rinse the strap in clean water once you are done. We also recommend that you allow the strap to dry completely before putting it back on your wrist.
