Leather makes up a large part of our 21mm collection, with calfskin, genuine alligator, alligator embossed leather, ostrich and buffalo among the options available.
There is an important difference between genuine alligator and alligator embossed straps, so check the material information on the individual product page when choosing. You can also compare smooth and grained leather, padded and slimmer profiles, different stitching styles and a wide range of buckle finishes.
Colours include black, several shades of brown, blue, green, grey, burgundy and more.
Leather is only part of the collection. We also stock a large selection of 21mm nylon straps, plus rubber, sailcloth effect and vegan options.
Nylon is a useful choice if you prefer a lighter strap or a more casual look, while rubber can be better suited to watches regularly worn during exercise or around moisture. Always check the individual product specification if water resistance is important, as this can vary between straps.
You will also find quick release 21mm watch straps in the range. These use a small lever built into the spring bar, allowing compatible straps to be removed without a separate spring bar tool.
The 21mm measurement refers to the width of the strap where it fits between the watch lugs. It does not necessarily mean the buckle end is also 21mm, as many straps taper towards the buckle.
Before ordering, check:
You may also want to consider strap thickness, buckle finish and quick release spring bars depending on the watch and how often you change straps.
Still unsure? Contact our team and we can help you find a 21mm strap that suits your watch, wrist size and preferred fitting.
Measure the gap between the inside edges of the lugs, where the strap attaches to the watch case. If this measures exactly 21mm, you need a strap with a 21mm watch end. The size may also be printed on the underside of your current strap.
A standard straight end 21mm strap will usually fit a watch with standard 21mm lugs, but lug width is not the only consideration. Strap thickness, spring bars and the fitting style can also affect compatibility. Curved end and fitted straps may only suit particular watch cases or models, so always check the product information before ordering.
Not necessarily. The 21mm measurement refers to the width where the strap meets the watch. Many straps taper towards the buckle, so the buckle end may be narrower. If you want to reuse your original buckle or clasp, check the buckle end width before ordering.
In many cases, yes. Quick release straps have a small lever built into the spring bar, making them easier to remove and fit without a separate tool. Standard straps usually require a spring bar tool. Take care around the lugs to avoid scratching the case. If you are unsure about changing the strap or choosing the correct fitting, please contact us for advice.
Often, but the buckle end of the new strap must be the correct width and the fitting needs to be compatible. Check the measurements of your existing strap and buckle against the specifications on the product page. If you are unsure, contact us and we can help you choose a suitable option.
