Returns

We want to make returning an order to us as hassle-free as possible for all our customers. To return the goods you will need to lookup your order in our returns module and create a return request.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 60 days from receipt of goods. If the allotted time has passed and you have not contacted us, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us via email at info@watchobsession.co.uk if you require assistance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some watch straps come with tags attached to them; these must remain attached to the strap in order for us to accept a return. If the packaging/tags are missing or damaged then we will not be able to issue a refund and will either return the goods to you or issue a store credit.

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable or refundable:
  • Gift cards
  • Gift wrap 
To process your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be granted: (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to WatchObsession's error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Unless otherwise indicated, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and your original method of payment will be reimbursed within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please be aware that your bank is likely to have a turnaround time between us processing your refund and the amount appearing in your account, typically around 3-5 working days, potentially longer for international transactions. Please contact your bank or payment provider for further information.
If your refund is not forthcoming after ten working days, please contact us by email at info@watchobsession.co.uk and we will investigate.

Sale items (if applicable)
Returned sale items remain the same value as when purchased. You cannot return a discounted sale item to be refunded for the the full RRP.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily process a product exchange for your order as we know errors can sometimes be made when placing an order for watch straps. Please use our returns module (a link to which can be found at the top of this page) to begin the exchange process.

If you are shipping your goods back from outside of the UK and you need to provide customs declaration information then please mark the package as a 'CUSTOMER RETURN'. Failure to do so may result in the returned package being rejected by UK customs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us that's over £30 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

We will reimburse the cost of returning any faulty or incorrect items, up to a maximum of £10 for international returns; anything exceeding this amount will need to be covered by you, the customer. Please be sure to ask for and retain any receipts related to your return postage, as we may ask for a copy to be sent to us, if necessary.
