Returns

We want to make returning an order to us as hassle-free as possible for all our customers. To return the goods you will need to lookup your order in our returns module and create a return request.

Details on how to process your return are below. Please contact us if you have any additional questions or require support.

How long do I have to return an item?

You can return any eligible part of your order within 30 days of delivery. We ask that you submit a return request via our returns portal and provide as much information as possible so that we can efficiently handle your request.

Do you do exchanges?

We offer an exchange service to our UK customers. You can request an exchange when creating your return request. When requesting an exchange, you will be given the option of exchanging for a different size/colour or a completely different product from our range. Any differences in price will be collected or refunded depending on which item you are exchanging for.

When will I get my refund?

Our customer service team aims to process all returns as soon as they possibly can. Sometimes this can be the same day they are received back to us but it can also take a day or two. Once our team has inspected the returned goods and ensured they are valid for a refund, they will then issue your refund via the original payment method. Please note that some payment methods can take 2-3 working days to return the funds.

If you have opted to process your return using our paid shipping labels then you will notice that the cost of the label has been offset against the refund amount.

How do I return my order?

We try to make returning your order as simple as possible with our self-service returns portal.

All you need to submit a returns request is your original order number and the associated email address used to place that order. Once you input those details, you will be taken through a step-by-step returns request process.

Once your returns request has been submitted, we will be able to see what you are returning and why. This gives us the best chance of processing your returns as efficiently as possible.

Something arrived damaged/faulty, can you help?

Absolutely. If something you received from us has arrived damaged or developed a fault then please get in touch as soon as possible.

We check each and every item that gets processed in to our warehouse and check it again when it goes out. No third party processing here. Everything is handled in house by our own pickers and packed with care.

Reaching out to us as soon as possible is very important. Please do not hesitate if you are not entirely satisfied with something in your order. To return damaged or faulty goods, please use the self-service returns portal.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and access to the email address used to place the order.

If your return is accepted, you will receive emails with instructions on how to return your order. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as consumables (sprays, cloths, cleaners), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items), and gift cards.

Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

We’re happy to process exchanges if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or even a different product. When completing a return request, you’ll be able to provide details about the item you'd like to exchange for.

International Customers: Exchanges via the returns portal are not available. We recommend choosing store credit and placing a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase and the order email are required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@watchobsession.co.uk.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

When using our shipping labels, the cost will be deducted from your refund unless stated otherwise.

Store Credit

You may choose store credit when processing your return. If you opt for store credit, you’ll receive a bonus 5% on the original purchase price to use on your next order.


Shipping

During the returns process, you’ll be able to generate a pre-filled shipping label with the correct return address.

It is especially important to use the shipping labels from our portal when returning items internationally.

The cost of the return shipping label will be charged to you unless otherwise stated.
