Orders placed before 3 pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 3 pm, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next working day — so a Friday evening order will leave us on Monday morning. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your full tracking reference as soon as your order is on its way.
We offer two Royal Mail tracked services for UK customers. Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all UK orders over £100 — no discount codes required.

Delivery timeframes are based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Royal Mail Special Delivery is a guaranteed next-working-day service that requires a signature and includes up to £750 compensation cover as standard.
We ship worldwide to over 100 countries using FedEx International Tracked services. All international orders include full end-to-end tracking, and any applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated transparently and displayed during checkout — so there are no surprises on delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking reference number. You can use this to follow your order's progress on our Track Your Order page. If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, please don't hesitate to get in touch, and we'll look into it for you.

For most delivery addresses in the UK, we offer two shipping services.
With our Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, you are likely to receive the order the next working day if you placed your order before 3pm. However, this is not guaranteed which is why we also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery for those that need the order to be delivered the next day.
We are also quite flexible so if you require a different service from Royal Mail or DHL then please contact us. This can include Royal Mail's 9am Special Delivery.

We tend to offer at least two delivery speeds for as many shipping destination as we possibly can. This gives you the choice between a standard service and an express service depending on which you would prefer.

Our international shipments use a variety of carriers to ensure the most efficient and reliable service from us to you. Depending on the service level you pick, the carrier delivering your order will vary.
Our warehouse team will ensure you receive accurate tracking information with your shipping confirmation. It will be at this point where you learn which carrier we have opted to use for your shipping address.
There will not be any additional fees or taxes to pay with our international services. With our partners, we ensure that fees and taxes are all pre paid before delivery takes place.
It is worth noting that these fees and taxes are not always broken down and displayed in the cart or order confirmation.
If you do experience any additional costs, please contact us immediately and we will raise this with our delivery partners to ensure that you get a refund.
