The idea of changing a watch strap yourself can be pretty daunting. This guide has been put together to help you fit your new strap.

We know how important it is to receive your order when you expect it, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. That is why we do our utmost to get your goods to you as soon as possible. We aim to send all orders out the same day (if ordered before 3pm) or the very next working day.
Want to Track Your Order? Our Track Your Order page will give you detailed information about your order. Just input the tracking reference number that was given to you in your Shipping Confirmation email in to the box and hit 'Track'.
Should a problem occur with your order, which it rarely does, we will contact you regarding it and work out a solution with yourselves.
UK Shipping Options sent using Royal Mail
Orders placed with this postal option will be sent out using Royal Mail's 24 / 1st Class shipping option and
All orders placed over £30 will be sent out using Royal Mail's 24 / 1st Class Recorded shipping option and
Next Day Shipping
Orders placed using the Next Day shipping option will be delivered the next working day and require a signature.
|Next Day Shipping (Saturday Guaranteed)
|If you are placing your order on a Friday and would like to receive it using a Next Day Shipping service then this is the one you will need. Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Saturday Guaranteed will deliver to residential address' on a Saturday.
You will need to place your order before 3pm to make sure you receive your order the next working day.
Orders placed after 3pm are unlikely to be processed in time for the Royal Mail collection.
UK Orders placed over £50 qualify for free delivery using the Recorded Signed For service.
UK Orders placed over £100 (before 3pm) qualify for free delivery using the Next Day Shipping service.
International Shipping Options
Standard International Shipping
|Orders placed with the Standard International Shipping option will be sent out using Royal Mail's
International Contract Signed For shipping service and normally takes between 5-10 working days.
This shipping option requires a signature from someone at the recipients address.
FREE International Shipping
|International Orders placed over £75 qualify for free international shipping.
The International shipping service that you receive will be based
on location, size & weight and total order value.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes using Royal Mail's International Signed For Service
Will I be charged Customs and Import charges?
It is a possibility. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges will need to be paid by you, the recipient or the package. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over any of these charges and we will not be able to tell you what you are likely to be charged as customs policies differ significantly from country to country. Contacting your local customs office for advice will give you a better idea of what you might be charged, should you be charged at all.
What if I am not there to sign for my package?
If you are out when the delivery is attempted then the delivery personal will leave a calling card with instruction of how to retrieve your package. This might be from a neighbor or usually it is from a local post office.
My Order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, where is it?
You will be given a tracking number once your order is dispatched and that tracking number will give you the most recent update on your orders location. The tracking number can be found in the dispatch email you would have been sent. If the tracking information is stalled at one update, it could mean it is delayed. This delay could be due to pending customs and import charges or an attempted delivery being made but no calling card left. It is rare for an order we send out to go missing but sadly, it can happen. If you need us to assist you in locating your delayed delivery then please do not hesitate to contact us. We are able to contact the shipping company direct and get a better idea of where your order is. We will try our utmost to locate your order. Please understand that a missing order is just as frustrating for us as it is for you and we can only apologize if this does happen.

Our policy lasts 14-30 days from receipt of the goods depending on what you have ordered. If the allowed time has gone by since you received your order and you have not been in contact, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you require assistance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Returned sale items remain the same value as when purchased. You cannot return a sale item to be refunded for the the full RRP.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily process a product exchange for your order as we know errors can sometimes be made when placing an order for watch straps. Please print off the Returns Form and fill our all of the relevant information and return it to the address provided in the form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
