At WatchObsession, we are taking onboard all advice and guidance from both the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the UK Government to ensure that we can continue to operate without posing a risk to staff or customers. This rapidly developing situation has affected everything and we are adapting our daily processes to ensure a high level of health and hygiene is met.
Where possible, our team members have been given the opportunity to work from home and those that still come to work are being briefed on the best practices for maintaining a high level of hygiene.
At present, we do not anticipate any delays to orders due to the outbreak but this is something we are continuously monitoring and updates will be provided should there be any delay.
We are very fortunate that we have a fantastic relationship with our global network of suppliers and have every faith in them to follow similar protocol to ourselves. This ensures that there is almost no risk of contagion through supply of product.

Update - We are beginning to see great improvements in deliveries within the UK with most services returning to normal. There are still some delays internationally and we encourage you to check the Royal Mail International Updates page before placing an order to see if your country is subject to any postal delays.
Update - The affect of Coronavirus is causing delays to some postal services and destinations. We would ask that you place your order with an expedited service if you are concerned about delays during delivery. All of your orders are still being processed as normal with our reduced team but we need you to know that there may be delays once the orders have been dispatched.
Update - What would be our normal daily delivery (Mon - Fri) from Hirsch in Austria has been cut to just one delivery a week (Wed/Thu). We are not expecting too much disruption because of this but we seeing some popular styles run out of stock frequently. Our warehouse team is making the relevant stock holding adjustments to reduce the affect of the change. Anyone with a unfulfillable order will be contacted and given an update on the stock situation.
Update - Some deliveries are taking longer than expected during this unprecedented time. We are working incredibly hard to process all of your orders on time with the bare minimum of team members it requires. All orders are making their way out on time but some international customers are reporting delays during shipping. Our goal has always been to provide the best service we possibly can so please keep in mind that you will receive your order, but it may be a little later than you normally expect.
Update - Our current returns policy is 60 days but if you are unable to return your order to us because you are in self-isolation or your country is in lock down then we are more than happy to relax the timeframe for you.
