Delivery

Orders should reach you within 1-3 working days. In the event of an item being out of stock you will be notified by email, this would prolong delivery times and in this case items could take up to 10 working days. If you need your order quickly please email us first to make sure what you want is in stock.

Items will be sent second class, first class recorded delivery or special delivery depending on the value of the order. Both recorded and speical delivery will require you to sign for the package at your door on arrival.

Returns

Faulty goods may be returned within 5 working days from invoice date. We will personally test the item, if a fault is not fount it may be necessary for us to return the goods to our supplier for confirmation/testing before we are able to supply a replacement or refund. Costs incurred for returning the faulty goods will be refunded as long as you have proof postage and a receipt to show how much the goods cost to be sent.

Complaints

If you have any complaints regarding our service, please contact us. We will respond promptly and courteously and endeavour to respond to all complaints within one working day. On the other hand if you would like to send us a compliment we would be delighted to receive them.
